Back in Paris!

Just a quick post to say we landed safely this morning and our driver from Shuttle Inter was waiting for us on arrival.  He got us to our cute little studio on rue Rivoli in no time at all. We have rented from Thierry at Paris Best Lodge once again and the apartment is just perfect ~ 2 little balconies (overlooking the pompiers!!), free wifi, fully equipped kitchen including washer/dryer, and a very spacious bathroom by Parisian standards.  Plus, we are right in the center of the Marais one of our favourite arrondissements in Paris.  Public transportation options are conveniently close by and we can walk to almost everything we want to see.






















It's unseasonably warm in Paris right now (almost 30 degrees!) and we took advantage to walk to one of our favourite little cafes on rue Montorgeuil to have a delicious lunch on their terrace.  Den has caesar salad and I had a planche campagarde, loaded with serrano ham, grilled brie, little potato disks and salad.  A half litre of rose and life is good.  We are back in Paris!

    It's Les Petit Carreaux at the top end of rue Montorgeuil ~ they have wonderful salads and funny, friendly waiters. We've been about 4 times now on different trips.
